Hello and welcome!  Because you are searching for counseling resources, you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being... and more fulfilling relationships.

As a professional counselor and psychotherapist, I work with adults, children, teens, and couples.  My goal is to help clients to uncover their true potential and help them to lead a life that they feel is worth celebrating.  While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life.  By applying individually suited therapy approaches and techniques, we will collaboratively unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a happier and more meaningful life.

Do you have challenges of:  PTSD or traumatic memories?  Needing marriage counseling or preparation for marriage?  Relationship conflict or family conflict?  Anxiety and depression?  Emotional-based medical problems and pain?  Grief, sadness, and shame and guilt?  Major life changes and adjustment needs?  Job stress or burnout?  Weight loss needs or health needs?  LGBTQA with life challenges?  Social anxiety and shyness?  Work performance or sports performance needs?  Communication and self-confidence?   ....These challenges and more  can be helped  in counseling.  If you or a loved one have been trying to resolve challenges like these on your own, but it have failed to heal despite all your efforts... this may be the time to reach out for help.  You deserve the support!

In therapy you have the opportunity to process past difficult memories and experiences in order to develop healthier cognitions and self-talk... and a more positive self concept.  You will learn how to be more mindful and present, allowing you to make healthier proactive choices that bring positive results.  You will learn communication and relationship skills, as well as other coping skills to help build a more peaceful and fulfilling future. EMDR and EFT are available counseling tools to help with the therapeutic process-- as well as visualization and hypnosis; talk therapy; art and play therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and more.

A compassionate ear and skilled counseling techniques can help heal your own or your loved one's emotional pain and coping difficulties... as well as help you move forward on a more peaceful and more fulfilling life path.

Phone 344-7800 or schedule online for your convenience ( above ) to set up your first therapy session.  Please see my page on: Rates, Self-Pay and Insurance Questions .
